Our Team

Neil Boel. For the past 20 years Neil has been in the remodel industry. Neil can take credit for over 40,000 square feet of remodel in the treasure valley. A resident for 20 years, Neil is the nuts and bolts side of the business and takes responsibility for the finished project. Budgets have to be meet and the project must fit with precision. Neil understands what it takes to get a project through the permitting and built safely and to code. Has served as a Ada Planning and Zoning Commissioner for two years and understands how to get entire projects approved and finished. Worked as a project manager for MK of Boise in the early 80’s.
